Welcome to Mayfield House

Mayfield House offers a warm, homely community

Tucked away in a peaceful countryside setting our homes provide safe, cosy, therapeutic environments where children can enjoy life to the fullest. We care for children up to the age of 18, with a range of needs, including neurodivergent conditions, cognitive and learning needs and children who have experienced attachment disruption and developmental trauma.

The unique layout of our community means that the care we provide is adaptable to each child as they grow, ensuring they receive the right care at every stage of their journey. Our on-site therapy team then provides tailored support to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

Mayfield House is set within one acre of land, it consists of five small, homely properties — four cottages, and one maisonette — creating a close-knit, family style environment. The expansive gardens, complete with play equipment and therapy room, offer space for adventure and connection, while our indoor swimming pool provides year-round fun. With a brand-new sensory room, Mayfield House is a place where children can feel safe, valued and truly at home.
