Your learning and professional development

You’ll be fully supported to complete your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, alongside a wide range of high-quality training opportunities to help you thrive in your role and develop your career. As part of a therapeutic community, you’ll receive in-depth and ongoing training in a variety of evidence-informed approaches, tailored to your role and the children you’ll be looking after. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll gain valuable, transferable skills and experience in therapeutic practice — setting you up for a confident, rewarding career in residential care & beyond.
